Honestly why is this stupid CIC website so ridiculous? It’s always looping me around from the login page to a page asking for English or French. Half the time I can barely login. So frustrating!
I am still having the same issue even after clearing up all the cookies, browsing history but still looping back. But somehow managed to open it on my mobile device as I was getting desperate after I saw a message in my email indicating that there is an update on my application.

@robertp, @serious_cheese, please update Line 643. I received passport requests for my parents today.

I am truly hoping that this is the final step for PR. I cannot explain the emotions right now. Keep your faith in God. Wishing us all to be reunited with our parents soon! May God bless them with good quality time with their children and grandchildren and help us feel fulfilled being with them.

Can anyone please let me know what the next steps are? Can I apply for their medical card? I cannot find any clear instructions anywhere but reading forums tell me that with COPR, or a letter confirming pre-arrival services we are eligible to apply. Please share as I would like to start ASAP to not waste even a single moment. All the best everyone and please keep me and my parents in your good thoughts too :)

I had the same issue before. You can try clearing the cache and cookies in your browser, this should reset it. Alternatively, you can try logging in through an incognito window, that should also resolve this issue.

HI everyone, Today i got the repeat request for Biometrics. My mom's fingerprint has faded and they come as very low quality. Has someone faced same problem. Service Canada employee sent a note with the Biometrics that the fingerprints have faded? Does anyone had the same problem, does idcc consider this?
2nd I also got the request to submit birth certificate which i don't have. In my application I attached my high school certificate and old passport that has my mother's name, as a proof of relationship. Can anyone please help with these questions. TIA

Hello everyone,

Almost 3 months from when the sponsorship application is under decision made and there is no new movements on my file. Is it normal? I have not even got the sponsorship approval letter yet. Any ideas on this ?

Have you tried logging in using an incognito tab? You can also try using different browsers, chrome, firefox or safari?

I got eCopr for my parents yesterday and its a 2 paged PDF with digital signature of officer on one page. My question is, can I get a print out of that and apply for Health Card for my parents? Or do they mail original as well? Will Service Ontario accept print out's, as they mentioned they only need originals?

Any help would be appreciated here
It is okay to print it out. When did you submit the mailing address in the portal ? I have been waiting for my ecopr more than one month.

Hi Sid,

Regarding timeline, my letter asked to submit the requested documents "as soon as possible." I will treat it as a 30-day window. You can see how IRCC is currently handling this here: Coronavirus disease (COVID-19): Immigration applicants - Canada.ca

Supporting documents for an application in progress
We no longer automatically give more time to send documents.

  • We’ll contact you to request the supporting documents.
    • This will happen in the next few months.
    • You’ll have 30 days from the date we contact you to submit the information.
Most of the documents being asked in my Sponsor Approval letter are either submitted originally (e.g. birth certificate, marriage certificate, etc.) or have recently been done prior to the receipt of the SA letter (e.g. medicals and biometrics). I am not sure why CPC-M is requesting those files again, but I think the V/O has the right to reconfirm eligibility of the PA and Spouse.

On submitting documents through Webform - Great to know you'll get some sort of acknowledgement. When you are on Webform, would you submit the files as the Sponsor or the PA? The requested list of files was directed to the Sponsor.
Hello prontissimo,

Sorry for the delay in response. I agree with you on the timeline, the sooner the better. I would submit the documents as a Sponsor.

I do have some question on the required documents. I have the extract from the letter and my questions/ thoughts in line:

Requirements for Processing

Please note that the following documentation is required for your sponsored family
members. If not already included in your application, please obtain and submit as soon as
possible:
Updated residential address: - Principal Applicant is my mom and she is in India. So will this be her Indian address?
Immigration Medical Examination: She completed her medicals on Sep 03rd. The ecas is not updated. Should I send a receipt for medicals from the hospital as proof of medical completed?
Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF): Already submitted originally when application was submitted. Not sure what to do here.
Passport/Travel Document: Will attach copy of passport again.
Proof of Relationship (Sponsor and Principal Applicant): Already submitted Birth certificate earlier. Will submit it again.
 Proof of Relationship (Principal Applicant and Dependant Spouse or Common-law
Partner)
: Not Applicable in my case

 If previously married or widowed, your relative and their dependant family
member (if applicable) must provide a legal divorce or death certificate as proof of
dissolution for all previous marriages.
- Will share again.

 Biometrics (if applicable): Completed on Aug 17th.
Police Certificate: Will request one and submit. This is a new request.
Supplementary Information – Your Travels (IMM 5562): Submitted earlier, will resubmit.
Details of Military Service – IMM 5546 (if applicable): Not Applicable
CV/Resume: Never heard about this before. She is retired and above 65 years of age. Will draft one for their requirement.

Is there anything I am missing or should consider please advise.

Hello everyone,

I am a June 12 applicant still awaiting SA after I submitted BC back in Feb this year. My parents passports have expired and they are going to renew? Should I submit the new passports to IRCC? If yes, what is the best way? Webform?

Thanks in advance
Hi, I have a similar situation here. My parents passport will expire soon, they will need to renew their passports.

Were you successful in submitting your passports through the webform? How do you know if they have received it?

Many thanks
