What are you planning on studying in Canada? At which school?

What is your previous education and work experience?

Since your sister is already in Canada, this weakens your profile. You want to make sure that the studies you plan to pursue in Canada really make sense and it doesn't just look like you're trying to find any way to get to Canada.

thank u for ur answer , how can i convince the agent about my intention not to just join my sister ? coz i have also my future and i want to improve my skills in Canada , im really confused .

I can't help you if you don't answer my questions.

It's impossible to give you advice without knowing your profile.

CDI college in Montreal?

I would recommend you order your GCMS notes to see the detailed reasons why your application was refused.

CDI is not a very good school so that may be part of the problem.

Your biggest problem is your choice of DLI not your sister being in Canada, so rather focus on that:

1. Apply for a public university or college, preferably university
2. Better to choose a different province besides QC.
3. You need to provide your sister's information in the family information form. You can also mention her studying in Canada as well in your SOP.

Why can’t you apply to another public school? Chose one in Ontario…no CAQ needed.

If I get a dollar for every time someone who's been refused say "But I have a friend...", I will be a millionaire by now :D. Truth is, no 2 profiles are the same, no matter how similar they may look on the surface. Each application is assessed based on a list of requirements, there is no mathematical equation for it.

Each factor that is assessed, on its own, has weighting. The combination of all factors that make up your profile led the VO to believe you are not a genuine student.
