Hi.ircc used the word FACILITATE .It only means they will make the process easy for 2020 applicant who didnot receive permanant AOR .This is my understanding regarding public policy.But not sure what ircc will do.hope for best.

We still did not received any request yet from IRRC. We sent everything except NOA 2020. Applicant sent all requested documents 2nd wk of August. Anyone in this group still waiting like me?
Only ircc can tell. No one really knows which documents the ircc will request from the applicants.
We are hoping after IRRC request of updated forms next is biometrics but looks like they will send another letter to employers for updated NOA. It's always a waiting game for this new pilot and I don't see anyone yet that was given a a letter for biometrics and medical outside Canada.
I am an outside Canada applicant, September 2019 to be particular, done as far as medical with a medical passed remarks last June 2020 on my profile, right after that there’s nothing else, almost two years and nothing fruitful happened.
I know the creator of this group even have an applicant of July 2019 and still had nothing aside from AOR.
I don’t know what else to say. Just patiently waiting.
You were those very first applicants that was able to have medicals before pandemic. Now that IRRC was opening applications again they were suppose to give visa approval like for you who applied since 2019 and now what they just do was ask for this and that... In our situation we have been waiting for biometrics and then medical for almost 2 yrs now. We don't know when that's going to happen cause so far I don't see anyone yet who received this instructions recently for outside Canada applicants.
I m also September 2019 applicant, no any process.. I m under home support worker.. it’s too much. My employer’s father in last stage.. so don’t what will be happened..they need me urgently. My employer in hard time, I sent the doctor letter to ircc last year but no any response..
I hear you and feel you, not to think all the
money and efforts that every applicant had spent.
My employer has 3 kids and they live on a rural place and both worked on a hospital, no matter how we sent follow up letter explaining how badly they need the home support still we don’t get any proper answer.
I guess it’s one way to legal rub people for their money hahaha
I guess we just have to wait and see...we are hoping biometrics is next
Im feeling that its random for each and everyone. In my case, they requested for biometrics first.
I sent an inquiry thru webform. And they just told me that they’re busy with Afghanistan issues, that’s why they cannot cater my needs. Okay then. I guess, I should wait until they’re done.
