I can see first cousin is allowed as a Close relative in Saskatchewan. In our case , I’m the primary applicant and will they allow first cousin of my spouse in close relative category.

It’s not their first cousin it’s the wife’s full cousin so not their relative.

It’s not their cousin it’s the wife’s cousin who isn’t the primary applicant so pretty sure you can’t count the cousin.
