Agreed but I don’t know how they and their system works. Like you applied on 15th Aug and got AOR whereas I submitted on 6th and nothing so far!!!

Another 2 question please,
1. our passports are still at IRB but when I am filling the form I add the info about these passports even if I do not physically have them now, right?
2.when I added protected person status on the form for my dependents and it showed-missing information on the status and stopped me from continuing, eventhough I am choosing the right status, any idea about that?

unfortunately there is a glitch with the online application when you add dependents your to application, which shows missing information.. contact ircc through webform to fix this issue or apply by mail to save time.

So with reference to your first question, yes we have to put the details of our seized passports.
For your question nb 2, try to logout and login again.

If asks about the passport in possession answer NO, and add narration " Original and Valid Passports Seized and is in possession with CBSA during Refugee Claim Process"

Do the dependants overseas(afghanistan) of a protected person in canada travel without passport since its impossible to apply for passport in this situation ?

I do my biometric on 15th March since then my status shows no record
