It's totally a SCAM they're asking money to deposit to an individual. However, based on my research IRCC clearly mentioned payment thru IRCC website only no other than. Even there web page is fake, my friend calling them many times to confirm no one answer. Please beware of this fraud.

It's fake. What kind of confirmation do you need? Isn't paying visa fees to them, asking for money?
