Job offer before ITA

I know that. People come on here and think that they just need a job offer and will get 50 points…not easy.
One doesn't need to show the proof of funds...Limited funds will work in that case..
plus it increases the chances the getting picked up from the pool earlier.. I believe so! One can atleast try
What do you mean you don't need to show proof of funds? If you have Canadian experience then you don't need POF. Just a job offer doesn't negate POFs. You need a job offer with LMIA. The employer needs to pay $1000 and prove that no Canadian or PR could be hired, only you.

You don’t need to show that you have enough money to support yourself and your family if
- you’re applying under the Canadian Experience Class or
- you’re authorized to work in Canada and you have a valid job offer, even if you apply under the Federal Skilled Worker Program or the Federal Skilled Trades Program

So you are authorized to work in Canada then with a LMIA and a closed work permit. If you don't also have the work permit then you need to show POF. A job offer with LMIA is not enough.
