Google “GCMS notes” and there are several organizations that do it. Costs some money and takes about 30 days. Your main reason seems to be funds. Do you have enough.

I was coming alone and its surprising the application was declined.

The full tuition for 1 year (17000) + 10000$ for living expenses. So 27 000$ at least.
