Just received a 'Missing information' email from IRCC.
I applied online in Feb and the issue is related to the fee receipt (stupid error on my part, uploaded wrong document) :oops:

Now, I have the correct document that I can upload but do I need to fill in the entire application again including the physical presence calculator? And after this, will my application be moved to the back of the line with all August applications?

Does the email ask you to create a new application or just email them the correct document?

Do what the email says..
1- Sign in
2- Double check everything
3- Upload missing docs?
4- Submit

Actually can't do just that.
After signing in, it's like the application is back in my account.. While a lot of info and uploaded documents are still there, few things are missing like the physical presence calculator file isn't there anymore. Eligibility end date which was to set a day before the I submitted the application in Feb, system won't take that date anymore which means I need to set the date as the day before I resubmit the application.

Also, photo I uploaded with original application was taken on Feb 20 which means I got to resubmit it right away or it won't be accepted anymore (6 months).

I need an advise please!
I have just received a "missing information" email. I applied online in Feb 10th 2021. I have copied the message they sent in my account below.
They are basically can't confirm my time in Canada before the PR, how is this my fault!? I have submitted all the documents and supplied all the information in the application per the checklist, so why the application is returned to me if THEY can't confirm my time instead of simply asking for supplement information while progressing my application (I haven't got an AOR yet!).
I have send them a case inquiry and attached my visa and all information before I became a PR to prove that I was in Canada and still got a very generic reply (like copy/paste from their FAQ) from the agent not the officer who returned the application.

I don't have an application number so calling them will not be any helpful.
If I resubmit again, that means I lost the last 6 months for nothing and it is not even my fault since the issue is in their end!

Please advise what can I do and your thoughts on this?
Is there a way to escalate this and reach the officer who returned my application to get more clarity?
