That doesn’t mean your application is on hold. It just means that you are in line for your background searches but your application is still being processed. It is not unusual to have no movement when it comes to your file for months. It used to be no activity for over a year if not 2.
I’ve got gmcs notes I ordered 1 month ago, it shows last December my H&C application is put on “pending because of pending litigation of RAD decision”

The applicant is inside Canada and commonlaw is outside Canada. The applicant only pay 550 without RPRF or they need also to pay another 550 for the common law outside Canada. Please advised
The common law does not have to pay for nothing at the moment. When the applicant has pr through h&c they can sponsor their common law partner

I had applied to electronic notes (GCMS notes) of immigration office in my H&C case 5 weeks back, I got a mail that it can be processed due to following
According to our records and the information provided in your request, we cannot confirm that you are eligible to submit a request under the Access to Information Act, which requires that you be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident or an individual or corporation present in Canada.

In order for us to process your request, we require that you provide the information requested in ONE of the two options below:

1) If you are eligible to submit a request please provide a proof of your eligibility (i.e. copy of a Canadian passport, permanent resident card or proof that you are an individual or corporation present in Canada)

So what proof can I send them that I am an individual present in Canada?

Shows that they are checking criminality
Doesn’t matter what application you keep sending to the Immigration they always process criminality first because they want to see if you’re inadmissible to Canada on criminal bases or not
Do you know why the check Criminality first because Make sure you’re not danger to Canada or danger to the public

It’s not only in the Canada all the countries doing some thing It’s a common sense

I only addressed those refusal points where I had solid evidence to propose, e.g.:

"Officer's concern was that there is no evidence I (=my spouse) participate in my son's life. Please find attached pictures how I take care of my son and evidence that I took parental leave to stay at home etc."

I had 4-5 bullets.

I did not address subjective points like when she said that I am free to move to my partner's country to stay there. It is her personal opinion and there is nothing to add there.
sounds good. I get what you saying. I will implement that in mine...Thanks
