Hi,

I got my medical done in Oct 2020. My Visa was approved in April 2021. Since there has been a flight ban from India to Canada I was unlable to travel, however now I will be travelling in September. When I was organising my documents I realsied that I have lost the E-Medical Information Sheet. I have the scanned copy, but I do not posses the original one. Will a colored print out of the scanned copy work? What should I do? (I also have the negative test reports)

Contact the hospital and show them the scanned copy or look into whether you can show scanned copy at POE

I have sent an email to the hospital, but haven't heard back yet. My POE is Toronto. How do I see if they accept the scanned copy? Who should I contact? I googled but didn't find anything relevant.

Sending an email won't help you. Take your scanned copy and visit the hospital. You can state your problem and request you to issue hard copy of it. For proof, take this scanned copy along with you.

Okay. Thank you for this. I called them. They said if they have it in the system, they will give it to me I just need to pay some charges, if it isn't there isn't much they can do. Hopefully then the scanned copy will work. Do you know if it works or not?

hii actually i have lost my e medical i have to apply for my work permit i m refugge here and my case is underprocess but i lost my e medical without it i can’t apply for work permit .. My question is can i get it from IRCC bcz i have forgot where i done my medical exam . thanks

Bro u must have a scan in the documents u have uploaded. Or otherwise try to locate the IME where you appeared in it.

Hi all,
I have a copy of e-medical sheet showed that "health status has not yet submitted" and examination status are "requested" not "completed. But I have done and pass medical exam 7 months ago. is it possible to submit this sheet for PR application? or I have to collect the new sheet?
