Please, if applicant send E-mails weekly to Canada Embassy, does it cause processing delay for the applicant?

Why would you need send weekly emails (web forms). You send one and then wait for a response.

I actually do get response in two days, though the response are usually empty, vague. And time is no longer on my side for fall semester resumption, I wanted to use the Email as a reminder. Does it not make sense? What do you think?

The email probably states wait for a response and don’t keep emailing as it will not lead to a faster response. So you can keep sending emails but there are many emails being send with the same questions. You will need to decide whether to defer your studies (don’t know your profile, program, when you applied or current status).

Yes, the email always say the Application is under Active review. I applied since April for one year PGD study

So it is in the review stage. There is nothing you can do except think about deferring your studies. Sending weekly emails will not expedite the process. Contact your school. Assume your program expands on education and leads to career advancement in your home country.

Okay, Thanks. I will wait and see what happens between now and 3rd Sept. If I hear nothing from IRCC, I will defer or withdraw completely. Thanks

You may want to find out from your school if deferral is even available.
