You apply for jobs. You don’t have work authorization. So if you get a job offer, your employer pays $1000 and applies for a LMIA to prove no Canadian or PR could be hired. This takes months. Then if you get a LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit. Processing takes months too. Few employers go through the process but some do.

No jobs here. On Canadian job websites like indeed or job bank.

I'd say next to impossible..plenty of butchers already in Canada.

Where can I apply?

There are quite a lot of industrial butchers needed because it is a really tough job and most Canadians prefer not to see how meat gets onto our table. Search large industrial meat processors. I know that they depend on foreign labour but I’m not sure if they use an agency to hire people. Would do some googling to do more research.
