History :

I got TWO ADR last year - One is the eye color and Passport pages info in October 2020
and in November 2020 all my family got medical extended except my elder son , and he passed his Medical in November 2020

IN GCMS -
Note 1 was in Jan 2021 : CASE IS RFV
Note 2 : November 2020 it say in Text that " meds recd for Dep Hassan, File appear RFV
Note 3 :October 2020 : New medical required : Med request 90days
Note 4 :October 2020 : RFV info recd , Applicant reside in PAK
Note 5 : October 2020: ime now show med valid dep 2021 new dated need to picked in . RFV when done
note 6: 28 Sep 2020 : RFV check Complete : Med valid till dec 2020 . place in org 023*****(less than 3 months potential validity ). RFV info and CORs for previous 18 month requested . 10days


Please can you guide the text in notes and where is my application status stand

Most likely your application is awaiting a final decision. Everything else seems to be done.

When security is blank, then it is either passed or in progress. See

Yes. However, when you submit a new application you will have to disclose the other application that is under process. There will be a specific question that asks about whether you have applied to IRCC before, in response to this question, you will have to disclose the prior app.

I have a question about the 'groups' that have surfaced lately. Do we have a chance to see which group we fall into in the new GCMS notes? Secondly, can we know or at least guess the date IRCC grouped applicants into A, B, and C? It'd be nice to know which group we are in.

I have applied to CEC with AOR -03rd-DEC-2020. My passport will be expiring in May 2022 but I had already renewed the passport considering the delay we are having with the current covid situations. Please advise Do I have to inform IRCC through web form for the new passport or shall I wait for them for their confirmation email?

If you filed your application for citizenship, you should have access to the new portal.

Yes I did. It doesn’t show when security screening was started. Just that BG check is in progress. I have already completed my test 2 months ago. Criminality was passed in May but security is still in progress as per CBSA notes. New shorter version of CBSA notes doesn’t show when security was started. I read somewhere that it takes on 110 days Average to complete comprehensive check. I called client service agent in June but they don’t provide any info about BG check. Thank you.

Eligibility : Not Started
Security: Not started

However, I have pages 54 to 82 withheld under 16(2)(c) . The next page shows s16(2)c.
Does this mean the Security has been initiated or is it a normal process? I did read the getgcms link on s15 and s16.

If page 2 states that the security is not started, then it has not been initiated.

All GCMS notes have some information, which is redacted, under various section of the Access to Information Act, the most common being 15 and 16.

You should immediately inform IRCC by sending a scan of the biographical pages of your passport via webform.

Hello @legalfalcon I got a response to my web form and it says Criminality is currently valid. As it's over 6 months ago since it was raised, I thought I would have to get another PCC before final approval.
