It wont because you cannot be sure if IRCC wants to extend medicals or ask for re-meds so better to do nothing and wait for an update. Even if you do a medical exam and submit via webform, some VO has to manually check and pass it again, who knows when that will happen.
Exactly. New medicals goes to the health branch first, then it gets attached to your file. An officer can seek extension and update same within two/three days. Seen that happen a number of times.

Guys I have a question about starting a new application after the first became ineligible,

If a profile is expired or become ineligible without receiving an ITA, should we choose yes or no on the question: " Has the candidate applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?"

That’s indeed the expectation. It seems the June 21 announcement was basically meant for those who already had existing valid COPRs and didn’t necessary entail that more COPRs would be issued.

According to LegalFalcon, ‘’There is no category such as "outland pr applicants." All PR applicants fall under foreign nationals. Any rules that apply for foreign travellers/nationals also applies to "outland pr applicants."

This is probably why we have to wait till foreigner travelers are allowed into the country to see significant progress in application processing and finalizing and conducting of general draws
Sorry but BS. We had draws last year. I'm tired of everyone talking giving us poor people false hope by making up random dates.

True color of Impatient Kangaroo showing now hahahaha
Just tired of these silly predictions man. You know, I try to look at it from immigration goals perspective, they wanna meet their goals after all. But i'm so done with all these random dates.

When I logically think I say yeah maybe after Sept at the latest but these recent developments like the silly poll and whatnot, they don't make sense.

The answer is NO, coz you didn’t get the ITA and you didn’t ‘actually apply’ and got AOR.

2021 applicants with 6 months of documents validity will be the 1st to receive PPR's as per these memos.
This is just unfair, unjust and vexing. Why should people who have been on the queue the longest have to wait the longest to get PPR? What type of strategy is this?

I know the feeling and I am anxious myself that for some reason they will end the FSW immigration stream. It is human nature to feel fair and worry about things that we really want to happen and achieve our goals. I said it multiple times that people should stop speculating, should stop expecting the draws at the certain date because they will just feel disappointed and in the worst case scenario some people will get depressed or they will get anxiety.

Draws will happen at the some time. I know there are crazy things happening right now. Political situation is not helping either way. As you said it we have to look at it from the different angle. At the end they need workers, they need high skilled workers. People that are in Canada already will be pushing on them to change their status etc. Most people are either older or not highly qualified anyway, this is normal that there will be a group of people pushing for it. It is their only chance. There will be people saying that government should focus only on inland applicants, there will be another group that will want to get only FSW draws etc.

We have to wait patiently, there is nothing that we can do to speed this up. There is no point to be angry on their government etc. It is their country and their rules and we have to accept that. At the end we are their guests.

I know the feeling man, can be really disappointing. This is why I've lowered my expectations lately. For example, I wasn't optimistic about an open draw happening yesterday, so when I saw the usual PNP I wasn't heart-broken. Its important not to over-analyze these scenarios because we could be setting ourselves up for another disappointment. Best to just observe and base optimism on actual progress seen and not on expectations regardless of how logical they may seem. :)

This is what I was saying for a long time :D
I know it is frustrating but we can do nothing about it.

And that should be down from February and March AOR‘s
It will happen the same way it happened for CEC-Inland folks. 2021 applicants might get ppr soon and 2020 ones will be getting delayed because of re-med.
I really hate it if this becomes true. I really need a FIFO system.
Here is Kubeir's comment :
"Kubeir Kamal :
It says nothing new. Everyone has a right to their opinion.
I have immense respect for Manmeet. He is a very thorough and knowledgeable about Canadian Immigration law.
He is just trying to downplay all the hue and cry and anger amongst people about delays.
Yes the document being circulated talk about court orders, and they also talk about dwindling services in IRCC offices."

Only one solution for this, IRCC has to show some courage and has to tell people approx. time when they can able to start processing pending application for FSW and DRAW that's it. So people will be calm and not keeping hopes for the draw till that time and do their regular work.
