NSNP (2020-2021 submit) waiting for nomination connect here

Hi guys,
I am an outland applicant of NSNP skilled worker class.
I submitted my application online in the end of December, 2020 and got application number in Jan, 2021.
Now, almost 7 months have passed I still got no update, no email and nothing.
Is this normal?
Has anyone outlander got nomination from NS recently?
Anyone who with me please join and discuss the situation.

Yes, I use a representative and she said my employer checks my case with a employer support officer every 2 weeks.
But the answer is always "no update to share with this file" without specific reasons.

Processing is very long due to covid without having any updates/correspondence. Your rep and employer seem on top of it.

Time is crucial for me and I am pretty anxious after such long time of waiting

Unfortunately waiting seems to be part of the process for everyone.
