Good evening everyone, pls I dont really understand the msg that Accraimmigration sent to me. The head line is Aplication for permanent Residence in Canada
Step 1 change in circumstances
Step 2 passport requirement
Step 3 prepare your Document
The 3rd step which include height and eye colour chart

I dont know what this means
Pls someone should help me out

we cannot link the application to my agent’s profile, it says file not found... what should we do?

Make sure you have no spaces after typing an answer to questions. For example. What country were you born in. When you type canada or any other country. Make sure there’s no space after. I had that issue and i finally linked it after few tries.

I am nov 2020 applicant, I got AOR in feb 2021,followed by BIL in April 2021. I recently gave biometrics but I never got Medical request . online tool shows medical received. even my status on Primary applicant in online tool shows App received. Is this normal ? I am worried I havn't got medical yet and also status did not changed from app received to in process.
