TFR-Eligibility in GCMS Notes ?

Recently received my GCMS Notes for my citizenship application. Under Application Status Reason, I have the following: TFR-Eligibility

For context, I do NOT have any 'temporary foreign worker' days, nor have declared that I have any.

Recently received my GCMS Notes for my citizenship application. Under Application Status Reason, I have the following: TFR-Eligibility

For context, I do NOT have any 'temporary foreign worker' days, nor have declared that I have any.

For me it says TFR-Workload (re)-distribution. So TFR is not temporary foreign worker. So TFR is Transfer.

Is your application being transferred? Whats the paper file location?

I think that in my paper file history, cpc sydney transferred my file to local office with transfer reason as Eligibility. So thinking it might something similar to transfer the file to your/some other office for further processing. Is your location currently cpc sydney?
