I have received a confirmation email from doctor for submission of medical forms of my kids in eMedical on July 16,2021 but not of my wife They appeared on same date July 14 2021 for medical examination. What could be the possible reason. Does medical for adults take time for submission in eMedical. The clinic rold my wife all good at the time of completing medical examination. I am bit paranoid and worried. Please help

It all depends on the tests and how quickly the results come in. Adults are subject to more tests, especially for serilogy. However, call your panel physician and check with them.

Good day @legalfalcon I noticed that ircc sent me a message to renew the passport of my son who has a dual citizenship. The issue is that the request was for one passport and not the American passport but both expired same month last year. Can I still go ahead to renew the American passport even if It wasn't requested

It is your passport and you can renew it anytime, irrespective of whether IRCC asks or not.

IRCC needs a valid passport on file for the application to be finalized.

I had a query about translated documents.
For my work experience supporting documents, (other then work experience certificate with duties and responsibilities) i did not have them in English, so i got them translated, notrized and certified the required documents. And i have uploaded the certified notrized and translated documents. But not the original one in my native language. Is it compulsory to attach original document with translated ones, even if i have notrized, certified the document.
I am not able to understand what IRCC website states about translate documents.
Help appreciated
Will this lead to rejection of my application???

YEs, you have to submit the originals.

Should i go ahead and send the original document with web form? Or i had submitted my joining order and salary slips that were translated. My translated documents are certified and notrized. My reference letter, EPF statement were in english.

I am FSW-O Dec 2020 AOR having passed medicals and biometric in January....after that no update till now. I have job offer with Lmia and in my offer of employment employer have written that my job is full-time, permanent and for indeterminate period. But on CIC website it's written that job should be for atleast one year. I am bit confused and worried whether my application will be refused on this ground though my LMIA mention that employment is for 2 years. Please help me regarding the issue.

Applicants must provide the Designated Learning Institution (DLI) number of the Canadian Institution where they completed their highest degree to be assigned points for their Canadian educational credentials.

the original document from which the translation was done should be submitted. If you did not submit it, then you can do so via web form.

i received my 1st mail on 15th june 2021. still waiting for login email .called ircc and agent said that the file is in process and you have to wait.
