@legalfalcon or anyone else, could you please help me understand what should I do. With AOR of September 2020, I ordered GCMS notes in June 2021 and they show review required for employment job duties. CLIENT DIDN'T PROVIDE JOB LETTER STATING DUTIES. PAY STUBS PROVIDED FOR ENTIRE WORK PERIOD. Total CRS points assessed 464/Verified CRS Score 464.

I actually had a CRS of 489. They have not given the remaining 25 points for 3+ years Indian work experience.

What do I need to do? Do I have to send them something via web form?
There was some confusion and I had sent agent the job duty again, first time the pdf had got corrupted but I sent him a new pdf same day, maybe accidentally he uploaded corrupt pdf. What to do then?

Now when I send job duty letter should I send the old one dated September 2020, a new one dated July 2021, or both combined in a single pdf?
Should agent raise webform or should I do it, if there is a difference?

Eligibility: Review Required
Criminality: In Progress
Security: Not Started

AOR: September 2020
GCMS ordered: June 2021
FSW-O
Share screenshot of GCMS notes. and also check on second or third page have they mentioned any review date?

i got access to my portal but no copr yet. yes my file was approved just when i was thinking of withdrawing it!
Suppose assuming there was some problem in uploading like agent forgot or uploaded in wrong format or corrupt file (There was some confusion and I had sent agent the job duty again, first time the pdf had got corrupted, maybe accidentally he uploaded corrupt pdf). What to do then?

Now when I send job duty letter should I send the old one dated September 2020, a new one dated July 2021, or both combined in a single pdf?

I had a similar review required case foreign experience points were not given. In GMCS notes there were no pointers for me to gauge if it was job duties not matching case or what. My appl was approved after 20 days of receiving GcmS notes as officer was satisfied with Canadian experience and it was mentioned in the GCMS notes CEC minimum requirement met. Would suggest share screenshot of Case analyst here so that many of us can guide you correctly.

@legalfalcon @legalfalcon_India - I am an Indian citizen, currently in process waiting for PPR (AOR 3 Oct/FWO-Outland) however my current company is also sponsoring me for a Skilled Worker Visa to UK starting Jan 2022. Incase I get a PPR for Canada this year and also a Work Visa for UK (for 5 years) in Jan'22, is it possible to keep both - Canada PR and UK Work Visa? Or will I have renounce either of them?

You can keep both. However, once you become a PR, you have to meet the residency requirement, i.e. have been in Canada for at least 730 days during the last five years.

Usually I'm more of a passive observer of this forum. However, I received my GCMS notes and I think they are somewhat positive? lol
Under Assessments, I had the following:

Eligibility: passed
Security: (blank)
Criminality: passed
Org Crime: (blank)
Medical: passed
Misrepresentation: (blank)
Info sharing: complete
Final: (blank)

I think my security is in progress as security, org crime and misrepresentation are blank. Also the security section on my gcms notes was redacted.

My file was last touched in May. I can also see that the officer asked for my file to be transfered, I assume from my main VO in London to the CIO? maybe.

I'm an FSW-O, AOR - OCT27
Your country of residence?

@legalfalcon, thanks for all your guidance and support - much appreciated! I do have one last question, I'm currently vacationing in my home country for another 2 weeks and planning to return back by end of the month. Should I mention that in my response email (or) how do I handle this?

Thanks in advance...

Just wait and if you still do not hear back, send a webform again.

To be able to receive your COPR you have to be physically in Canada. You can inform IRCC that you are not in Canada and contact IRCC when you return, or you can just respond back after 2 weeks.

Your country of residence?
VO: London. But currently residing in Costa Rica, left the gloom and doom in the UK behind to enjoy the beach and weather. I guess my file will get transferred to Mexico as I notified IRCC via webform of my new address, etc.

Hello, everyone! I started following the forum lately and I really appreciate how helpful all the members have been. I have the following inquiry.

AOR: October 23, 2020, FSW-Inland. I recently got married and my spouse also has an existing Express Entry Application pending with AOR: November 29, 2020, FSW-Inland. I raised a webform and got the following reply:
"Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

When you have a permanent residence application in process, a family member could be added at a later date, even if they were listed as a non-accompanying dependant in the initial application.

To add a person to your application, we invite you to complete the following forms and mail them to the Case Processing Centre in Edmonton, Alberta:

and

  • The add-on request including:
    • your client ID number/UCI,
    • a detailed letter of explanation,
    • a copy of the birth certificate, marriage certificate or proof of common-law relationship, and
    • if applicable, the proof of payment.
Should I just fill out IMM 0008 and provide details of both Express Entry PR applications in LOE? or I should follow any other process. Please advise and also how will it affect the prospective timelines of my PR?

Have a great day!
