Does anyone know the citizenship processing office for Thunder Bay region?

Try calling IRCC and ask them where the application is. You can also try to request this information via webform.

Or, if you have ordered GCMS notes, you'll find out which office is processing your application on page 1.

It is usually the office that is closest to you. Check from the list of these offices and see which office is closest to you.
