PR card timeline (Etobicoke office only)

Hi all, I have couriered my photo on March 19 to Etobicoke office, still no update yet for PR card. Can someone please help how do we know my photo is verified? And how much more time it would take as 4 months passed

NO, until u turn will come and they ill open u file, they are not giving u any info till August

Portal, uploaded in the portal no mailing. Uploaded in January 10th

Feb 16 - Photos delivered
June 24 - I got an email from an agent from Etobicoke to send replacement Photos as they were damaged.
June 25 - Sent photos via email and got GU1
July 3rd - GU2 - Approved and cards are mailed. Lets see how many days it will take to get the card.

I can see my card application approved and mailed on 3rd july but my wife and son application still showing submitted.

But I just spoke to the Agent and he said the application is still in process. Wondering why I got the update if there is no change on my application.
