my husband emailed KVO and he got no reply, my representative said that she is not going to email them because she doesn't want to piss them off and my husband's MP emailed them in February 2021 and said that due to covid 19 and the backlog that they have he will not be contacting them again until August. lol

That's weird. Didn't know that sending a webform or an email to VO would piss someone off there. Also, MPs usually take 90 calendar days in between their requests, but i guess it might be individual

Agreed! My MP said every 3 months and my representative emailed every month.

That sucks. Im positive that our representative thinks I am annoying but we paid her to do a job so she has no choice.

we can never reach ours and when we do no information and she is always too busy and in a rush to get off the phone with us. I guess we just have to wait and see what will happen next. I just tired though...sigh

You guys know you don't need them as Reps anymore at this point right. Send in the forms and remove them adding yourself(Sponsor). They have nothing more to do. You can represent your spouses and get the remaining correspondence.

That's how representatives are sometimes, just hang in there. Your process will be over soon. If it's that bad, you can always cancel the representative.

I’m satisfied with the representative, so I don’t mind keeping them as primary at this point. But I think that’s a great idea for TamaraTZ to consider.

when I got Pre Arrival On May 20, 2021 that was the first in 5 months since we heard from her...maybe I'm expecting too much I don't know but I'm just Tired of this process
