Hi All,

Submitted documents for CEC in Dec 24, 2020. Below are the updates I have from GCMS notes:

AOR: Dec 24, 2020
Primary Office: Etobicoke IRCC
Secondary Office: Vancouver Immigration
Eligibility: Not Started
Security: Not Started
Criminality: In Progress
Medical: Passed
Info Sharing: In Progress

In final review page, this is the latest update:
Canada RCMP Police Certificate: Review Required R10 OK
Recommendation: Review Required - Pending RCMP screening results

Can someone confirm what does it mean? Do I have to submit any documents?
I have not received any call/request from IRCC so far.

It seems that they need your RCMP Criminal Record.
When was your file transferred to Etobicoke?

hey everyone. anyone stuck at eligibility (and potentially security) passed, but criminality pending? call centre agent told me all is good and just criminality is pending. i submitted the rcmp cert they requested back in may18, but as of last week my criminality was still pending.

My eligibility is completely passed since March 2. But still waiting. So just hang in there!

No updates since Feb 2 when they requested rcmp. Called Mar 2 to know eligibility is passed. At least I am at better position than many. So I am patient. Called 2nd time on May 3, it is stoodstill. No news since then.
I expect 7.5 months mark as I see many got approval in May at this mark. But things change, so we’ll see!
I have clear records so background check should be fine. If luck on our side and they pick up our profile then it’ll be done. I also have almost 10 years in US and 2 dependents. So, that might put our profile in different basket. Interestingly, I see some family of 3 or 4 got it done in 3-4 months. So, yeah they said there are “ many factors”.
I work and check account and forum everyday. Got to look closely!

Same here, no major changes after they asked for rcmp and i submitted that may18. Similar to you, eligibility is passed, called June 15, told me just criminality is pending, so as you say, they just gotta pick up our files.

Similar, clean records and i even lived 4 years in the US too (i submitted fbi clearance). 1 inland dependant (spouse) so we're not too different after all haha!

Are you and all dependants in Canada right now? If theyre out that usually slows things a bit. If theyre in Canada, then we're gonna be pretty close to each other!

Hello All,

AOR: 24-Dec (CEC-Inland)

I am stuck at Info Sharing/Criminality: Processing ,Security: Not Started.

My last update according to Call center was in March when eligibility was passed.

Any idea on how long it may take.

I went to US for 1 day which is the reason it must be taking too long ?

Hi all,

AOR: 15-Dec (CEC-Inland)

According to my profile:

Eligibility - We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Medical results - Passed January 29, 2021
Additional documents - We do not need additional documents.
Interview - You do not need an interview.
Biometrics - We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check - We are processing your background check.

I sent a web form to change my address, and I got an email on June 7th saying they transfered my request to the responsible office.
Since then, nothing... do you think it could delay my PR?

I also made a request for the GCMS notes 2 weeks ago, do you know how long does it takes to receive it?

Last thing, I'm curently living in Alberta, but I received a job offer in Montreal/Quebec starting in september. I was temped to accep knowing I was supposed to receive my PR this summer but we passed the 6 months mark and still nothing from IRCC. I don't what to do... I guess it woul be a bad idea to move there without my PR, or at this stage it would be ok?

Hey guys, first time posting here, pleased to announce that I got my COPR on the 27/06 almost as a birthday present :) VO Ottawa, Inlad applicant + 1 inland dependat, below is my timeline -
AOR - 18 December 2020
Medical - 21 January 2021
Bio exempt
Criminality 13/04
First GU 3rd of May - eligibility passed
Received GSMC notes on 2nd of June - security was not started
Second GU - 22/06 - Security Passed
First email from virtual landing unit - 24/06 - second email with credentials received the same day.
Finally COPR on 27/06 - Sunday!
Thanks guys for all your support, fingers crossed for y'all!
