Medical wont show up in portal

I applied visa when I hadn't been in Pakistan for 6 months yet (was in USA before) so they didnt ask me for medicals. After applying when 6 months had passed I took an upfront medical and sent it via webform. It has been over a year now since I have been in Pakistan, and my visa was approved last December 2020.
For some reason in my visa profile it still says

• You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.

I am not sure why this is so . Should I raise a webform and ask ? My counterfoil status is "Your document is valid. "

In the same situation but over in India. Your GCKey will never ask for a medical since we filed our applications in USA. But I am still getting my medicals done again since I stayed in India for more than 6 months. Upon entry CBSA officer will ask how long were we in India/Pakistan and upon our answer they will request a medical exam.

All in all my advice would be - get your medical done ASAP raise a webform and leave for Canada. No need to wait.

I already have a valid medical exam, it is within a year still. I took it last september 2020, and the hospital wont let me take another upfront until it expires. Since I am travelling early august When I travel it will be valid sstill

Yes I get that. But if you got that medical test done in any other country other than Pakistan you will need to get your medical done again.

Example - If you got your medical done in Pakistan last year in October 20, you medical is valid till October 21. But if you got your medical done in say USA in October 20 and came to Pakistan and still in Pakistan, you will need to get your medical done again. This is because India and Pakistan are on a list, according to it we are required to get medical done again after 6 months. Hope that helps

Also you will not get any kind of letter from IRCC, tell the hospital you need an upfront medical test done.

I got it done in Pakistan last year on 02 September 2020, I am travelling on 12 August 2021. This is valid right ?
