Well you need to apply to jobs and get a job offer. An employer applies for the LMIA if they are unable to find a Canadian or PR to do the job. They have to write up a market assessment & show why hiring you will grow their business & allow them to hire more Canadians. It costs money & takes months to process. Then if approved, you apply for a closed work permit. The process will take months. Many employers don’t go through the process.
If you want PR, then research Express Entry and see if you are eligible.
Unfortunately this is most likely not a realistic plan.
It is extremely difficult to secure a job in Canada.
The more realistic plan is to immigrate to Canada first through an economic immigration program like Express Entry and then to find a job in Canada once you have PR status.
