Hi,

I am ashif from India. I have an MCA and I have been working as a Web Designer since 2014. I would like to Immigrate to Canada with my family (Includes spouse and a kid) and since I am pretty new to all these procedures. Anyone, please suggest to me to start from where and how to proceed with the same?

Thanks.

You can check on ircc website for various programs that are currently available for immigration.
First step is to check if you are eligible under Express Entry program. This program allots points based on different criteria and if the score is above 67, you are eligible to apply for various PR pathways available under this program. In order to create this profile, the primary (and dependent if adding points) must take Language tests (IELTD general score CLB 7) and education evaluated by the recognized institutions.
Note: A master’s degree in home country may not be equivalent to a master’s degree in Canada.

Thanks for your reply.

Also, Which program is better for me to go whether AIPP or Express Entry, or PNP?
Completely depends on your eligibility, NOC and the CRS score required to get ITA under these programs.

ok. Thanks.
Step 1. See if you are eligible for Express Entry (67+). Then calculate your CRS score. You need 470+ for an ITA. You and your spouse will need IELTs and ECAs.
Step 2. Research PNP programs to see where you are eligible. AIPP requires a job offer as well as some other PNPs. Some have their own points system and some pick certain NOCs.

how to check the eligibility for express entry? and calculate CRS?

My spouse requires IELTS? since I am the primary applicant and my spouse is the dependent.
Are you eligible? What is your CRS score if your wife is accompanying vs non accompanying? Your score most will be higher if non accompanying.

If your spouse is accompanying you and wishes to add points towards the CRS cut off then yes your spouse needs to write IELTS.

I received a CRS score 466 accompanying my spouse through CRS score calculator in https://www.canadim.com/
Use the government link I gave you. What is your profile? You have a good score so you must be under 30, have perfect IELTS scores and your Masters is assessed as such. ECA organizations may not assess your masters as one. Your wife, I assume, has bachelorss and good IELTS scores too. Get IELTS completed and ECAs done to submit a profile.

I used this website https://www.canadim.com/ to get that CRS score. I have a master's degree and aged 31 and I didn't attend any IELTS yet. My wife has a master's and not yet attended any IELTS.

Ok that is not the official link. I gave you the link above. But do what you want. All the best. Get your ECA and IELTS done because you need that to submit a profile.
