Hi,

Why are only managers selected in Ontario drive? In Indian MNC people have to work for eight years to be managers. Direct manager positions are not given through interviews. Why is everything correlating to wasting immigrants time? I can pass as a manager if they conduct a test, but that doesn’t make me a manager. I want to find out where can I find info about what professions (NOC) got invited?

NOCs are selected by the provinces based on what occupations they need in their province. That's why they are often referred to occupations in demand.

Thank you. This NOC-1114 is not at all related to any big work experiences. It’s an MBA job in a new company and NOC-0651 doesn’t need manager occupancy at all because the new joiners don’t work on the same CRM nor the same company or same job title. This can be issued to subject matter experts like me as well. I just don’t understand how these job codes proclaim a manager position.

I don't understand what you are asking.

Again, the NOCs that Ontario has selected is based on occupations that are in demand in the province.
