I am an international student in Canada. My wife was banned from entering the Canadian territory for 5 years because of the immigration agent who helped her. What can I do to remedy this situation?

Nothing. She waits for the ban to be over. When did she get the ban? My consultant did it is not an excuse as she had to sign off on the documents.

In that case she can reapply to come to Canada once the ban is over in September 2024.
