Hi all
How are you? I actually looking for Canada PR. I am confuse on this and if you can help me to understand.

I am into Graphic Design from 20 years. My age is 41, married and kid. I have Diploma in Fine Arts. IELTS is 6.5.
I am just wondering, how to go ahead for BC tech. Do I need job offers? As I believe, getting job offer from Canada being in India is rare to not possible.
Can you help me please.

C.

You have answered your own question. You need a valid job offer with no end date. So you need to apply to jobs in BC in your specific NOC. With the paperwork, your employer will have proved that no Canadian or PR could be hired.

But my doubt is is it possible to get job from Canada to India?

I can’t answer that as it depends on your skill set/work experience, and whether it is unique to your NOC. If you are in a niche area where a Canadian employer can’t find employees, then it is possible. It will not be easy.

Yes, that's true. I am sure this will be a hard decision for Canadian companies to hire from other countries. So, just wondering, is that any other possibilities for me? Currently I am getting 71 as a score. Should I learn French language for one year and increase my chance for upto 50 points. So, as m almost 41 and will be 42 in September and will lose 5-10 points. What you suggest pls.

Is this 71 for BC PNP? If so you still need a job offer. You can learn French. To gain any points, you need a B2 level (advanced-intermediate) to add to your score. So you need to really immerse yourself in the language.
