Can i withdraw my file after getting visa now. If so can i again apply for visa after 1 year?

Once your application has been processed, you can't withdraw your file. You can however chose not to study anymore in which case you can inform IRCC about it so they can cancel your SP. Your school will also report you as a no-show. You can reapply in the future if you so wish.

If i tell ircc to cancel my visa, then what time will they take?
Also, can i apply 4-5 months later with new loa and apply?

I don't know what your reasons behind withdrawal is but if it is something simple why not just defer the program for next year(assuming you would like to go to same college or university). So that you won't have to deal with study permit again. Who knows what all might change next year in the processing of study permits? It is just a personal advice knowing no background of you, so do what you feel is right.

Okay I read your other thread on changing dli just now. In that case yes go a head for the cancellation and re-apply.

if you wish to change course in the same university then write a letter to your school about change of program thats all and laterr i form ircc about it

Can i change my current program "data analytics for business" at St Clair College to IBM logistics program within same college ,but college said the program is available next intake sept intake.

So for changing program within same college
So should I re-apply for visa or just update ircc through webform.

You just dont have to reapply for a visa again... You will uave to upload your new LOA through webform thats all.. Soo i will recommend you to let your application been in process and then defer your program to winter . Soo when you get your study oermit then you inform ircc about your new LOA

Getting visa nowadays is tough as refusal rate is high...u r lucky that u have got one....
I suggest u something....u defer your intake then travel to Canada before 21 days of program....and then u can change your course after reaching there by requesting college....
Donot withdraw.....its a very long life...I know u must have some goals....reach there study whatever u have taken then get PR....After PR ur tuition fee will be 4 times less than as compared to international students...
Donot take this withdraw decision...students are struggling to go there....

You won't be needing a new study permit, if the course start date is 180 days after the start date you mentioned when applied for study permit, then you need to notify IRCC through webform else it won't be an issue.

Yes you should update IRCC via webform with your new LOA. Seeing as you are deferring for so long, I would not be surprised if IRCC cancels your SP and request you to reapply next year.
