finally i downloaded my ecopr from portal . thanku everyone for your help and guidance.

Unfortunately, this is not how they work. The WP application could be handled by a different VO/Officer than the one holding your CoPR. Although the Officer issuing WP can see that you're almost at the finish line, but he/she won't have the authority to act on it since the CoPR job is assigned to another officer.

Agree, I have seen in my case, my BOWP was approved on May-23 but in my PR application, all stages were passed on May-11. BOWP case was processed by CPC-Edmonton.

are you talking about VO office that is written in the 1st email containing the letter before the credentials?

Yeah right.. The first email.. is there anything written in the second email as well..I am not able to see...

ECOPR never expired . Valid to date is that date when your medical expires and it is for if you travel .

I am asked to upload pic and make a declaration. Then I can download my ecopr after apprval. My friend got a confirmation and them he is asked to upload the pic.why is there a difference in the process. Submitted on 27 may..still waiting for copr
