I have a query. My btech degree is of a college which was not approved by ugc from 2017. However i pursued it in 2010. I completed my mba in 2017 from a recognized University. Kindly let me know how can i apply now. I am 40 years now.

You need an ECA for your Masters and IELTs for language to submit a Express Entry profile. You need 67+ points to be eligible to submit a profile and 470+ CRS.

Assuming your ECA as Masters, with Maxed out IELTS scores and 3+ years of experience you will be eligible to apply but your scores won't be competent enough to get an Invitation To Apply for PR.
I don't see you getting an ITA with low scores or you will have to get FRENCH test scores in order to reach 470+ to expect an ITA.
Or you should check Provincial Nomination route which depends on your work experience (NOC)
PNP route is most suggested if an applicant has lived or studied in that specific province.
Bachelors will not be assessed if you send in your MBA for assessment. If it is not assessed as a Masters then you will need the Bachelors assessed. If you get perfect IELTS scores of CLB in all sections then you will be eligible. Look at PNP where you don’t need a job offer and don’t meet eligibility requirements.

If you are from India and B-TECH and MBA are from India, I believe you will have to send in both of your degrees.
There is no investor visa. There is a start up visa or PNP entrepreneur visa. Investments depend on the province and you need to show a minimum statement of funds. You need a business plan.
