If I get both doses of the COVID vaccine in Canada and leave for the summer, do I still need to quarantine when I come back?

No one has any idea what is going to happen in a 2-3 month time frame .
On the flip side, the Government has no idea what happens in a one week time frame

I remember reading that they were thinking about cancelling quarantine for those who got fully vaccinated in Canada but I don't remember reading a follow up on wether they implemented it or not

They just discussed it this week. And the news said it was mostly for Canadien citizen and PR

I don't think that makes any sense because even if I'm not a canadian citizen, I was fully vaccinated in Canada.
