My eligibility review started 10 days ago but my file is submit without biometrics I know I cannot receive decision on my file without biometrics but my question is vo made the decision on my file or not?

It happened to someone else before? I am in the same boat too. If someone could provide some other details I would be glad. Sorry for this many posts, I am in a panic mode as of now since I saw this update only some time ago.
