Wage change during cec

Hi i am working as a supervisor from april 2020
During first 4 month i got paid $15
After august to till now i am getting $17/hr
Do you think i should wait till aug than apply for cec??
Or i can apply now ?
my wage is less in first 4 months ,will it be problem???
I want to wait but i am tensed what will happen in aug ! What if fsw open and score increase????
