Hello there,
You should get the PR portal email once your application is approved. They will ask for some information from your side and then they will give you login for getting your COPR.
I got a email today for the PR portal, there is no update in the ircc account yet, just says processing
You have almost same timeline with me. I got AOR same date and medical passed on 17th, biometrics on 22nd. But I called 2 weeks ago and they said Criminality was in progress and Eligibility, Security had not been opened. And my application was sent to Etobicoke office. What's ur application's visa office?
my vo is also etobicoke, criminality passed, bc under process rest not started

Don't always trust that security is not started. I am not saying agent provided wrong information. They provided correct information as per their knowledge and visibility on your file. Sometimes officer start security/criminality in background and it's not always reflected in your GCMS notes. Be hopeful, you may get the COPR today

Is it okay to call IRCC for the update on our application status. If we had applied through representative ?? Does it make any negetive effect on application?? Thanks in advance
The last time I called was May 14 and the agent said it was moved to Ottawa. I haven't called again to ask for an update

Just got off from the ircc call
As I applied through a representative I always check my file status through automated calling system. Today there was a little change in biometrics section before it used to be we haven’t received your biometrics and today they didn’t say anything about it.
So I called ircc to confirm. A very nice lady said your eligibility background check everything has passed. We will communicate with your representative as soon as possible.
I called IRCC today too because I received a ghost update yesterday night.
The agent told me that my file has been moved to Ottawa VO from Sydney VO.
It seems the security hasn't started but criminality in progress.
The eligibility was passed some time in April.
