That is not a reason for refusal given by IRCC, that is what you are interpreting. What has been given to you in the ACTUAL letter by IRCC. Copy and paste those reasons.

Oh, I thought you are applying for a study permit. Yeah, your profile is way better than the average Lambton student, I don't know why they refused you. You can apply to better colleges and universities with your academics.
