I have sent everything they have requested to Cairo VO. Today, I received an email from them asking me to send everything again by email. What the heck is that? Have you guys done the same? They received everything by mail few days ago and now they want the same docs but by email. I do not understand how the system works on Canada and outside. Everything is weired and makes no sense at all. Tell me guys if you had the same thing! Thanks

you can write to them at accra.immigration@international.gc.ca and provide all information about the application you submitted and the date you submitted the application, they will reply you but forget about the application for now because Accra VO and Etiobiko office are very very slow when it comes to processing applications.

I agree with you.I have a similar timeline. We should be expecting MR between June and September. They don't send AOR anymore.

I am a PR my spouse haven’t received pre-arrival or AIP yet. We don’t have kid and I don’t really know why they have requested all this stuff. Thanks for the reply
Hi there,

Don't worry! I have a kid but London VO still asked for proof of relationship. It's a standard requirement so all good!
Just send pictures, copy of chats/calls etc.

You need to obtain a visa to seek asylum in Canada! Get one first and then talk to a lawyer. Nobody can help here!

Hi,
Is there an Afghan family here who’s recently processed their biometric and supporting documents kit in Afghanistan? Where they can get fingerprints and biometric in Kabul?
Also, how much time it takes to ask for medical and approval letter once these documents are submitted to London VO?
Thanks,

Hello, We are currently processing your application for permanent residency. You now qualify to receive pre-arrival services to help you prepare for your new life in Canada. These services are only available to you before you enter Canada. Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) funds settlement service provider organizations to deliver pre-arrival services at no cost to you. We strongly recommend that you use pre-arrival services. They can help you to: • Prepare for your move to Canada and learn about living and working in Canada; • Get your education, work experience, and professional licenses and certificates recognized in Canada; • Connect with employers; and • Connect with organizations that offer free settlement services, including language training, after you arrive in Canada. Explore the list of pre-arrival services available to you offered by the federal government or the provincial or territorial government of your destination: You will need to provide a copy of this letter when you register with the service providers listed on the IRCC website.
