No it's 30 days from the date on the letter they send you for remedicals. 90 is only when you ask for an extension and they approve it. I didn't ask for one.

I've been calling the physican's office every other day to get an update, but they're slammed rn.

If anyone is in a similar position, please let me know. Thanks!
Hey @DixvilleNotch, I don’t know the best procedure here, but you can try replying to the "are you still interested to immigrate" email and attach your eMedical information sheet. This would at least be a documented proof.

Explicitly mention the date you took the exam and just for safety, you can add a line stating the test was conducted within the 30 days that were provided.

PS: I did my medicals around 18 days ago, still waiting for an update. I had called the clinic last week and they said they have sent the report.

Hey, I did send my emedical info sheet to that email address and provided them with the dates ad all. i got an auto acknowledgement from them, but nothing since. Was there an update to your online account after your 30 day deadline passed? Mine went from Action Required to Submitted, with a "We did not receive the results of your required medical exam" for the medical exam.

Hi guys! For those who would benefit, would like to share these informations.

My family haa arrived in Vancouver airport. The immigration officer just asked for passport, medical surveillance(if you have one) and COPR. The copr that they showed to IO is the new COPR which does not say or no notes that indicate that's its an extension. Issued date is April 2021. The IO did not ask for the old copr to show that they were initially issued pre-march 18,2020. They didn't also ask my PR landing documents as a principal applicant. They didn't ask the quarantine plans, proof of funds etc. I told my husband to just show those documents only when they ask. They were only asked where to send their PR card. But guys its also good to prepare those documents as officers treat each applicants differently.
My gc key account is not even updated, still shows in progress, medical passed not also updated still the original date. So i guess its only shows that just because its not updated in our account, doesn't mean its not updated in their system. These maybe correct, i dont know.
Hope these will help some of you guys.
God bless everyone.

My 30 day period will get over on the 26th. I checked today, it still shows "Your action is required." I'll definitely update you if it changes.

Hi guys,

So i received the physical copy of the new COPR. There is a remark mentioning: This document replaces the client's previous confirmation of permanent residence document which was issued on or before March 18,2020.

I guess that says all, you are free to travel to Canada with the new COPR :D

I will not travel until I get my 2nd vaccine done in the UK. Just want to say thanks to everyone here that helps answering all the questions and good luck to you all.
Congratulations and superb. Wishing you all the best and do keep us all posted on your journey forward.

Finally, IRCC responded to my email asking extension for re-meds and PCC from 30 days to 90 days. But still under document submission page date is not updated and still showing June 11th 2021.
Is that a thing to worry about or will it be updated soon or I just need to submit within 90 days irrespective of initial deadline shown over there?
From which email Id did they respond?

Hi everyone, my CoPR expired Aug 2020 (I was approved pre-March) and I’m going through the process to get it renewed after receiving the “Are you still interested in immigrating to Canada” email on 26th April. I received the Request to redo the medical exam on 20th May. However, my country has recently entered a State of Emergency due to the recent spike in COVID cases. There is only one approved doctor in my whole country who can do the medical exam and it is a 3 hour drive from where I live. It’s also in a high risk COVID area so I’m concerned. I saw some people were able to get an extension for 90 days. Can someone tell me which email I should make this request to? Any help will be appreciated thanks. Also, the VAC and photo studios are closed so I’m worried about the next step if I go ahead with the medical.

Hi guys,

I am nervous as i am planning my trip soon as per my AL that expires on July 19th, any guarantee this will not be rejected by the airlines i am flying with? i believe all they need to see if the AL along with my passport and expired copr (this is what was mentioned in the letter).

Any other steps i should consider before just showing up at the airport?

thank you!
