Hello All,

I am applying for a student visa to pursue a Master's degree.

I guess, while filling up a ds-160 form for US F-1 visa I didn't add an employer and might have messed up with the employment dates as well. This was purely due to my ignorance didn't knew that it give me a nightmare someday.
Is this going to be an issue if I apply for student visa and ultimately for PR?
Is there any way to update the ds-160?

Please advise. Thanks in advance

What!????

I don't understand how it matters for your study permit in Canada?

I didn't mention one employer while filling up a ds-160 form and I might have messed up with employment dates.
If I understood you, you have F-1 visa from the States and now you want to apply to come to Canada as a student. but when filing your DS-160 forms you did not include one of your employer. Your question is, will that have any impact as you apply to come to Canada as Student and eventually PR application in future? the answer is NO....

No forms you filled for other countries visa or similar applications matter for your study permit or pr application in Canada. The only issue that may rise is when one gets rejected by another country(countries that share info with Canada) for serious reasons(misrepresentations and such).
