Back when I applied for my PR, I submitted by fingerprints.
I got my GCMS notes today and it is showing that on Nov 2020 "Fingerprints Required" and were due by Jan, 2021. But I did not receive any communication for the same.
Does anyone know if they might have used the previous fingerprints submission from when i applied for PR??
Jan 2021 is long gone and there has been no update to my file.

Can you please login to the new citizenship tracking app and check the status of your application now?
It should say something if an actual request for FPs was sent to you.

I checked but it doesn’t say anything about fingerprint request. I am not sure what to do. I can almost laugh at the situation. Feel so helpless

If it doesn't say something like "FP Required" maybe they never officially needed the FPs from you.
This is just me speculating.
Sometimes the officers just write notes on the file thinking of doing something, but probably don't end up actually doing it. To reiterate again, just me speculating.

The best way to probably know is to ask the call centre agent and ask them. It will hopefully put your mind at rest.

My BG was completed on 22nd April after FPs were provided. I'd say it is just the waiting game now.

I see an update made today for me with update datestamp as May 25, 2021 for Scheduled for citizenship test
