im for real. we asked for an interpreter, and they just figured a refusal might as well bring a cheap 3rd party and save money.
so if anyone going for interview and sees a contractor, thats just a puppet officer.

Backlogs cannot be cleared up at someone else’s life expense. Do you think they already knew their final decision, but still held the interview for formality to cover up their butt?

Where is humanity?

Sorry not following you...what do you mean by " Uploading client information file"?

I see! So you did receive ADR in Nov. 2020 which is good. It appears there is some activity on your GCKEY. Thats a good sign - you might soon get pre-arrivals.
I basically uploaded Letter of Explanation as to mention what is uploaded and where, since I compressed the file
adding chat, snap shot from whatsapp,
money transfer receipt, and photos which were taken after wedding in the same trip, but as the ADR asked if sponsor visited and have anymore photos for that situation,.

Thanks

yes 100% formality since interviewer was a hired 3rd party contractor who just throw insults
i am actually sad to read all this, i am so sorry! so unfair, how things turn out, now regarding the interview, was it not recorded? were you not given a copy of it, if so, why not? interviews are recorded on a general rule, ask for an audio copy.
again i am really sorry that you are going through it, you ll get a right to appeal, and i am sure you ll win it with flying colours, make sure whatever you have said it in here, you write/say that in your appeal, and make sure you ask them for a copy of the interview, anything your wife hasnt said, or immigration officer took out of context, contest it, its a norm in immigration to pull such crap, audio record should help you, and i would also suggest to file a complaint of harassment on the person who said and did all that to your wife, i hope it sorts out soon for you.
best of luck. :)

Do they record the interview on audio?

From the website you gave
“the test center located on the Arrivals floor exit gate number 14”

so again as I said, you have to exit transit terminal and enter Turkey after passport check to get to the covid test centre. And you need Turkey visa for that.
Okey, so what if a passenger coming from Karachi and final destination Vancouver,
the passenger has already done test in departure City I.e. Karachi, does he have to do any testing in Istanbul to carry on flight to Vancouver ?
Thanks

Yes, need testing in Istanbul. Canada does not accept Pakistani results. Canada wants negative PCR from “3rd” transit country.

Getting tested to enter Canada
Pre-entry test requirements

All travellers 5 years of age or older, regardless of citizenship, must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result.

There are no exceptions for vaccinated travellers, at this time.

You must:

take a test before you leave the United States within 72 hours of your entry into Canada (your test must be performed in the United States)
provide one of the accepted types of tests, not an antigen test
keep proof of your test results for the 14-day period that begins on the day you enter Canada

Providing proof of your result

You must present an accepted test result (paper or electronic proof) which must include:

Traveller name and date of birth
Name and civic address of the laboratory/clinic/facility that administered the test
The date on which the test was conducted
The type of test conducted
The test result

You must show proof of your test results even if you:

have tested negative for COVID-19 before the 72 hour period
have been vaccinated for COVID-19
recovered from COVID-19 and no longer test positive
recovered from COVID-19 and continue to test positive

At this time, we encourage travellers to make best efforts to have their test performed at a reputable laboratory or testing facility (i.e., one recognized by the local government or accredited by a third party, such as a professional organization or international standards organization).
