Job level for essential workers non health care for Tr to Pr

Hi i have been working as part-time cashier and merchandiser (noc 6611and noc6622) since march2020, for a month and then got promoted to a keyholder(noc 6211) at the same job , but the responsibilities remain similar so will i be able to apply as for essential worker non healthcare stream under the new tr to pr? if i have 1560hours combining all job positions at the same company.

You need to have 1560 hours in a qualifying NOC. So you can count the hours you worked under 6611 and 622, but not 6211 since it's not on the list.
