I have changed my English scores back to real ones and clicked YES on question ‘Do you have a nomination certificate from a province or territory?’ My score isn’t 1023. Now do I qualify because I am on provincial nominee scheme qualified by consultancy? See, I don’t know what that question means and hence I took guidance.
You can‘t just say YES. You need to go to the province and check their eligibility requirements and then apply for that PNP. And then you need to be nominated but the province to select YES. For example, for Saskatchewan to get a nomination, they have their own points system. You need at least a Masters (or have a family member living there) and have an eligible NOC to be nominated.

Can you please tell me how can I check if I am eligible for a province eg., Quebec?

Thank you all. One issue completely sorted out.
