Thanks for your reply, what does this favourable status means? It’s just worrying does favourable mean the security screening report was favourable? As in no reportable trace?
@legalfalcon sorry for asking too many questions

Security screening is not as simple as NRT. It is a complex process and 'favourable' would indicate that everything is fine. To read the security screening manual, and the publicly available information on security screening, see https://bit.ly/3apWglN

Hi @legalfalcon

Considering the current situation and the vaccination progress in Canada, by which month do you think Canada might uplift travel restriction, and by which month do you guess they might start sending remedical and consequently the PPR mails to 2019 already approved applicants?

I will really appreciate it if you can share any concrete assumptions that you feel might have the highest chances to happen. thanks

Who send MR ?

Sydney nova scoria or New Delhi Visa Office ?

I am asking for PNP paper base PR application.

Thanks

Thanks a lot for your reply. This afternoon I received an updated set of GCMS notes. Since August 2020 till March 2021 my info sharing was marked complete. However this new set of GCMS which were released in April 2021 shows my info sharing in progress. Any particular reason behind this.
Two things have happened during this time

1) Added new born to my application

2)Have just applied online to US visit visa application online like completed only DS 160.

@legalfalcon thanks in advance

This is mere speculation, but if things progress which the pace that are, I would say by August -Sepetmber you can expect the PPR. It will also depend on the situation of your country of residence and how many countries sign up for the COVID passport.

If you have added a new family member, that could be a reason. Applying for a US visa would not be a concern.

Hi @legalfalcon,

Thanks for helping us as always. Need your help to understand the possible reasons for the delay in criminality as it's in progress since Dec-2020.

AOR - Sep 07, 2020 (CEC with 2 Inland Dependents)

Docs Submitted Upfront:-
1) Indian PCCs (Self & Spouse)
2) RCMP (Self only, didn't submit for spouse however she's in Canada for 2 yrs)
3) Biometric - Exempted for both (Self & Spouse)

Updates (based on the conversation with an agent):-
1) Dec 15, 2020: Eligibility (Not Started) & Criminality (In-Progress)
2) Feb 14, 2021: Eligibility (Recomm Pass) & Criminality (In-Progress)
3) Apr 16, 2021: Eligibility (Recomm Pass) & Criminality (In-Progress)
4) Apr 26, 2021: Eligibility (Passed) & Criminality (In-Progress)
5) May 12, 2021: Eligibility (Passed) & Criminality (In-Progress)

As per the agent, no reportable traces found in PCCs and RCMP. But really scratching the head for delay reasons as logically it should be passed by now.

Really appreciate your time.

For eligibility, you will have to check the notes in the last 3-5 pages. You can compare them with the note here: #4,004

SW1-FED refers to Skilled Worker – Federal, i.e the program you applied for.

Here is my last pages, the last lines says met and appears to met and is done by case processing agent. So i guess this means the eligibility part is over, right?

And also what is that in Note 1?
PReVU verified.....?
What does this mean?

Thanks in advance!

@legalfalcon your help is much appreciated on this forum. I have recently got my copr and sent the pictures for my pr card. I had representative on file and it was theirs address as the mailing address on file. After copr I got my home address updated to IRCC as my mailing address over the phone. But now one of my friend told me if you had a representative on file it gonna be their mailing address even if i have updated mine. I tried to look it up online. It says the people with representative will have mailing address as of theirs representative address. Is this true @legalfalcon ? And my card has been dispatched already.

Here are the screenshots of the notes.
Thank you for your answers.

For the criminality to be passed, it has to be based on PCCs and the RCMP report based on the biometrics. However, in many cases even after the reports are in they may not have been marked as opposed by an officer and thus you see it as in progress.

Irrespective of whether criminality is passed or not, other stages will continue to be progressed.

If you have updated your address, there are tow places where it has to be updated, client details and the marring and correspondence address. Usually the clients address is entered as their physical address, where as for communication and correspondence the representatives address is used.

You just have to make sure that you update both.

Note 2 is by a CPA. For the eligibility to be conclusively passed, it will have to be marked a passed by an officer and a note will be entered, which will look like this: #4,004

In most cases only after eligibility is conclusively passed, will the security be initiated.

Security only starts after the eligibility is conclusively passed for most applicants.

If your eligibility is conclusively passed, then if your security has not been initiated, it soon will.

The security at an average takes 110 days as per the security screening manual. It can take longer or less, based on many factors such as whether you are inland, subject to record check or comprehensive security screening etc.

To read more on security and the security screening manual, see https://bit.ly/2SSLBuL

As regards note 1, that is verification of your personal and physical information, i.e. your height, eye colour etc.

My eligibility has been passed by an officer in January 2021 as confirmed by the call center agent. But the security has not been initiated till date. Is there any reason behind this or my eligibility has not been passed? My AOR is January 2020. Really confused. @legalfalcon
