Can I process both US and Canada student visa at the same time?

Please I have received 2 Ph.D. full funding in the US and Canada. Please I want to know if it is possible to process the visa for the different countries at once. In the end, I will go for the one with the best options. I am also concern about the sharing of information by both immigration services.

I wonder what options you are looking for that you cant research prior to submitting study permit application.. my wish you’ll do good research and offload one visa officer from processing your application, that resource can used for someone next
