Did anyone applied PRTD recently from india?

Did any one applied for PRTD from India? How many days will it takes to get the PPR once the VACs opened?
I need to travel ASAP. My PR card is expiring on May 26th and looks like Canada gonna extend the travel ban further ☹

I am thinking its better to apply at VACs once they opened.
some people here saying through email its taking 1-3 months so confused to apply or not via email.
i didnt find any right info here
