I have applied on 1 March for September 2021 intake and my application still shows NO DECISION. Any idea when can I expect the LOA by? Cuz i heard that the LOA should be submitted to canada immigration by may 15 for study permit

Its tht files should be submitter before 15 may for visa not only loa
U need every document to submit file in embassy

tell ur agent to check ur application status on portal ..
btw it depends bt conestoga takes so much time to provide loa
i applied on 24feb and got loa on 30 may
