Continue LMIA application from another country

I am an Indian citizen and applied for LMIA work permit through my company. The application has not yet processed and it seems to get delayed due to pandemic. I already have Mexico visa. Can i travel to Mexico and continue all the formalities like bio metric, Visa stamping(Any other formalities) while staying in Mexico?
Could someone please guide me in this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can. But it generally reduces the chances of approval for the work permit if you are applying from a country where you are only temporarily.

The application has already submitted in India. But it would take too much time to process due to pandemic. It seems currently they are processing applications submitted between Feb first week where as my application submission in on April 4th.

They won't transfer your application to the Mexico VO since you will only be there as a visitor. They will continue to process the application in India until it's approved and is ready for visa stamping. Only the visa stamping step would take place in Mexico.
